Excellent condo-beautifully decorated & well appointed with gorgeous sunset views! Super convenient access to the beach and pool via elevator or one flight of stairs. Short walk or bike ride to nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach. The only negative is that the unit is directly next to the walkway and shuttle stop for beach access for the SeaCrest community across 30A. Consequently, the beach is packed from morning to sunset and noisy with people walking

The condo was excellent. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The internet was a little slow and the TV would not work on Netflix or Disney . We used our personal password to log in then it would only play about 3 minutes before it said “ Not Connected To Internet”, then it would repeat this process over and over. It worked fine on the cable TV app, but none of the others.

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Florida. This was by far our favorite place to stay! The villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The views of the beach were spectacular! We had an easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back and are thankful to have had such a perfect stay here!

The condo is lovely and well stocked. We had 6 people fit comfortably. It’s walking distance to Peddlers Village and Rosemary. We loved the location! Check out live entertainment every evening at PV. The owner provided 4 beach chairs. Beautiful view of the beach. The beach was very crowded. Get there early or rent chairs. Overall the condo itself was perfect!

The condo was super close to the beach and pool which made things convenient. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge help for a girls trip. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was nice. Love the area and felt safe in a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

My family (3 kids - 18, 16, 13) stayed here. The unit is fantastic. Here’s the highlights: - The 2nd floor is the best floor as you can cleanly see the beach (1st floor is obstructed) and you can quickly climb the stairs (and not wait for the elevator). - It was spotless and the check-in process was smooth. Property manager was very kind and helpful. - The location to the restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach was great. But here is what we didn’t realize that people should consider. The beach here is VERY crowded. It was more crowded than anywhere else nearby. If you don’t rent beach chairs then you are restricted to small beach area with a lot of other people. We pre-rented 5 chairs and a giant umbrella (more than the cost of a rental car). The umbrellas were lined up five rows deep. If you are in row 4 or 5, you wouldn’t see much ocean. We took beach walks more than a mile in each direction and we did not see any other areas nearly as crowded as here. Also, you were not permitted to set up chairs off of the crowded beachfront because there were signs on neighboring properties prohibiting it. If this doesn’t bother you, then it is absolutely a 5-Star rating. We expected a better beach experience, but it felt crowded like the high rise beaches. I’ll end on a positive note. The beach was so crowded that we spent more time looking at the ocean from the balcony than from sitting on the beach… and the balcony view is fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at Seabiscuit in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, beautiful views of the beach and the gulf, easy access to the pool and the beach. The management staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate our special requests. Our group of 5 college girlfriends, celebrating 50 years of knowing each other, would definitely return to this property

This was the first time we stayed on the Gulf Coast in February. Normally we vacation in June or July. The weather was perfect, the summer crowds were missing, the restaurants were easy to book, and we had a fabulous stay at Seabiscuit A202. Enjoyed beach walks and coffee/cocktails on the deck.

Spent Spring Break at Sea Biscuit - 3 teachers, two teens, and myself for a girl’s trip and it was simply AMAZING!!! This property had so much room plus the comfiest of beds (made note of the mattress & linens!) and fantastic bathrooms on top of the beautiful views from the “right on the beach” balcony to partake of morning coffee and evening wine! Once closing the doors and settling into said bedrooms, we experienced total privacy! We all watched our own bedroom tv’s and never heard the other’s shows! Who could ask for more? Well, with Seabiscuit, you get more! Upon arrival, we investigated our new space only to find beach chairs, umbrellas & lots of pool toys! Our early risers graciously took our chairs down to grab our spot on the beach for the day each morning which saved us from needing to book the chair rental. One of my personal nitpicking issues in previous rentals occurs when the dishes are mismatching - not at Seabiscuit. Pretty white plates & bowls, along with matching glassware, make for attractive tables even if it is casual vacation breakfasts and lunches! I can’t convey how much we enjoyed our time here! Seabiscuit would be perfect for larger families or even families with married children. Anyone staying here will be thrilled from the minute they arrive until the sad day they must leave. We can’t wait to go back!

We couldn't ask for a better condo - spacious, comfortable, clean & a fantastic location!!!! The view is absolutely stunning - A million dollar view!!!! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the neighborhood. We rented bikes for the week and loved riding through the neighborhood. Very family friendly! A perfect vacation for all ages!!!!

Our trip to Rosemary Beach was lovely. The condo is just as described, I would highly recommend reserving chairs on the beach as it is limited as described by others and they are well worth the price. We were kept awake a few of the nights by rowdy teenagers going up and down the beach access well past 11pm.

This property is well equipped and the views are amazing. I would agree with other reviews that it is important to know that if you plan to visit during peak weeks, the beach is super crowded because of the umbrella/rental company and the private beach areas nearby. All beds were super comfortable and it was a great location for two families with teens.

The beach does get crowded bc I think shares space with Sea Crest community and private beach lots to right and left but it’s a beautiful beach with the sugar sand and clear green water and sweet shells to find!

Condo located on beach front , 2nd story with balcony facing the ocean and with Pool view as well. Outstanding condo located close to dining and shopping areas. Sheila the property manager was extremely helpful - the door lock malfunctioned and Sheila climbed scaffolding to our balcony to get in to the condo and repair the non-functioning lock. The only negative to this location is the condo association has made a deal with a commercial rental company that allows them to occupy approx 75 percent of the condos beachfront. The rental company puts chairs up over the entire area. A very small area (approx 30 yard wide) is left for those who want to take their own chairs to the beach - this area becomes very congested in the day. If you have your own chair and dont wish to rent a bveach chair get out there EARLY to get a spot on beach. Like before 0730.

Perfect for our extended family of 4 adults and 3 children. Ample Space for separate activities and quiet time. I wish The complex left more free space on the beach area for families to set up their own umbrellas and chairs. The chair rental companies occupied a huge amount of the beach area in front of Sunset Villas leaving only a small area in the middle available for those not renting umbrellas and chairs. This meant someone had to go down at 7 am to reserve some space. The pool was lovely but could use a few more lounge chairs. 202A needs a few more pieces of balcony furniture. 4 chairs and 2 lounges if you sleep up to 10 people isn't enough.
