Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

We stayed in this same unit last year and loved the decor, the views and the closeness to the beach. We never got tired of sitting on the balcony and enjoying the awesome view. We would definitely come back again!

My parents, two daughters and I had the best stay at this condo. The pool and beach access are unmatched and it's tucked away from the hub bub of 30A but within a 10min walk to downtown rosemary beach restaurants etc. We loved it and had everything we needed within the unit as well. It also felt like the penthouse unit (but wasn't) very removed from noise of other tenants.

The location is great but the condo itself had a smell to it. The master bathrooms toilet was not cleaned and the baseboards need a good scrub. The TV's worked on and off for our entire stay, which doesnt seem like a big deal but it was cold during our stay and there were days we stayed inside. The guest bathrooms shower water would get warm and then cold. For the price of this place I would not recommend it. Also be prepared to bring salt and pepper and non stick spray for the pans.
