Perfect location overlooking the pool and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community with your own private beach. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.
This spacious condo is furnished with bedding, linen, beach and bath towels. We also include 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.
This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).
*** Master Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet and full bathroom with tub and walk in shower, with 2 separate vanities.
*** Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
***Queen bedroom with tub/shower combo off the hall.
We provide you with a startup supply of paper and cleaning products.
All showers are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner.
All vanities and kitchen have antibacterial hand soap dispensers.

Everything is great at this condo. This was my second year staying there. The only issue was the TV for the first two days could not figure out how to do the channels but when message the owner, they responded back with details. Wish your dryers were great the only issues you don’t get the view of the beach, but we’re not in our condo all day long. We were out and about other than that five star review.

The location is great. The condo was very clean. We really liked the priviate beach access that was so close to our unit. My only issue was in the communication with the property manager. She was probably the least helpful of all that I have ever had--and she was a little bit rude in some of her responses to our questions. In speaking with another guest in our building, he had the same experience with her in the past--so apparently it has not been with just us in the communication with this particular property manager. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Stayed for fall break. Unit was clean and roomy and had most of the amenities you need. Location was great, beach was great, unit was great.

I am sure this location is great during the off season but definitely would not recommend during the busy season. It is advertised as a private beach which felt misleading. You can only set up up your personal beach chairs and umbrella on the public beach (no cool cabana or bishumi umbrellas allowed) - which is an extremely small square, we were elbow to elbow, everyone playing their own music (so loud) and you needed to be down there by 6am to even get a space. The "private" beach is only available to you if choose to rent the beach chairs and umbrella through Dolce Vita - which are 150 a day - and were sold out months before our trip. There is a quarter mile of empty beaches to your right, but the houses there own that beach and prevent you from being able to sit there - so you have 100s of people crammed into a small public square of beach and then tons of completely empty beach right next them.
