The two full bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous, having been remodeled with premier finishes.
Situated in the ideal location, 1611 Sea Dunes is just a few steps to the beach. Literally walk right out to the shoreline from the private back patio and enjoy the stunning sunrises, dolphin sightings, and warm, ocean breezes while digging your toes into the sand. The refreshing, newly-renovated community pool is a short two-minute walk away, and guests can access the private tennis courts for an invigorating match with family or friends.

Within the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), guests can enjoy miles of walking and biking trails that weave across the sprawling 1,340-acre gated community. The community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.
Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.
If venturing out beyond AIP, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 20 minutes north.

*Please note that small dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a combined weight of 50 lbs maximum. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
**Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. My husband and I spent 3 days enjoying this perfectly appointed condo and were pleased to have no surprises! Everything was represented correctly and instructions were clear and easy. We traveled with our dog so we loved the ground floor location with the beautiful lawn, beach, and convenient walking trails. The unit is decorated attractively and supplied with everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your time there. We will definitely be back!

This condo is totally gorgeous, very well appointed and decorated, and it’s in really great shape. It does not feel either like a rental or one that takes dogs.
The Omni Amelia Island plantation is a great family friendly location yet also near lots of stuff. The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Small but fun aside: the pool is larger and much more fun than the other buildings which was great for kids.
Destination Amelia rentals is easy and super responsive, if needed.
You cannot go wrong staying here. My family of 3 (includes a 7 year old boy) had a very hard time leaving and look forward to many returns!

We have 3 sons, ages 22, 20 and 15. We enjoyed this unit very much as there was always something to do and great food all around without a hassle. We have stayed here twice and look forward to returning.

The unit has the cutest decor ever! It was spotless. It has a partial view of the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach. We loved the walking trails. Location is gorgeous with large trees and Spanish moss. Amazing restaurants. It rained every day and we didn’t even care because the condo was so wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
