Please note: Starting in early 2026—likely January or February—there will be construction on the building. Work is planned for Monday through Friday only, so things will stay quiet on the weekends. During the week, you may hear some noise from the construction. We want to make sure you’re fully informed before booking, so you can plan your stay accordingly. Gorgeous 2-bed 2 bath condo 100 feet from the sand on the gated Amelia Island Plantation, where you can take in spectacular sunrises and ocean sunsets from your own private balcony! The sliding glass doors—family room and master bed—have screens so that you can hear the waves all day long without having to be at the beach.
Also, enjoy miles of shaded trails for walking or biking under the beautiful canopy of trees and foliage. Perfect for couples and families alike, this home away from home is the perfect place for a quiet getaway or a fun-filled, active family vacation! You’ll live in an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen that overlook the Atlantic… The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. along with a washer/dryer in the unit (so you can minimize packing)! The guest bedroom has 2 twins, a TV, and a bathroom that can be entered thru the hallway out to the kitchen or through the bedroom itself; the master offers a plush king-size bed with its own private access to the oceanfront balcony, a tv (for bedtime Netflix binging), as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large closet.

Amenities included are beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, all for you to take to the beach and pool! All you need is your swimsuit… we can’t wait to host you!

Location was great. Unit was as pictured. However the construction on the exterior of the building was extensive and extremely disruptive. We felt the small call out in the listing description was very misleading as this exterior work removed all railings for plywood, brought dust into the unit every time you opened the door, obstructed the ocean view from balcony with construction equipment and generally was filled with crane beeping & jackhammering from 8:30am-4:30pm every week day. The host was responsive and offered the option to cancel for a refund once we arrived, but at that time it was too late - nothing else was available in the area. Sharing so others know just how much construction work is being done and how disruptive it was to a family vacation with little kids. Book once the work is complete next year.

This home is fresh, exceptionally clean and has lovely decor, amazing ocean views and multiple balconies - including a large tiled outdoor space for dining. The bedrooms and baths are generous and spaced well so that a larger group (we were only 2) wouldn’t feel cramped. In addition to the standard kitchen there was a spacious bar area that offered more refrigerator and beverage space and a second coffee maker. This unit is one of two on this level with easy access to the elevator. Overall, the property is quiet and very well kept and it’s a short drive to a great grocery store and local restaurants. We really enjoyed morning walks on the beach and to the village shops (burn calories after breakfast at Marche Burette!).
