This second-floor corner unit, situated at the end of the breezeway, features windows on three sides, offering plenty of natural light. The spacious condo boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for two families on a beach vacation, four couples on an adult-only getaway, or a multi-generational family gathering.
The villa's tri-level layout provides privacy and space for relaxation, with two secluded master suites each featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on a separate floor, one with a bunk bed and trundle and the other with two queen-size beds, sharing a bathroom. This configuration ensures comfortable common areas for all to share while maintaining individual privacy.
Located in the sought-after Beach Walker complex on the Omni Resort grounds, this villa offers the best views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, just a short walk away. The pool area includes a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.
We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.
During your stay, explore the resort’s acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, visit the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, for eclectic dining and shopping options. This unit is laid out over multiple interior levels and accessed via stairs—there are no elevators available inside the unit.
Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.
RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations, and 25 lbs. is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

The view and easy access to the beach were great! The pool area was really nice also. The rental company was great to work with and quickly responded to our requests. The condo was clean and as described but the pictures definitely gave it a glow-up. It is dated and some of the updates are sloppy (like paint). It was not a bad stay but also not quite what I expected. Better check in directions would have been helpful, as it took us a while to find the correct gate, then the assigned parking place and door. The condo building is a bit of a maze.

We had the most fun at Amelia Island. We enjoyed visiting with family, the beach, the pool and all the fun things Amelia Island has to offer!

Many, many things broken, ripped screens, broken ice maker, broken doors, broken vertical blinds, broken tub faucet that dripped, front for didn't close well unless dead bolted. Burned carpet. The place advertised a kids play room, and we couldn't get in - after paying they said it was private for owner. Plaster falling off the ceiling and was on the carpet. For us, it was not a win. Also it's a good 20 min drive to main beach or centre street. With kids it's not the best. That said, the Amelia Island Vacation management company was so kind to listen to our concerns and assures us they are going to attend to the concerns we raised. It doesn't help us, but it may help you.
