A gorgeous, high-end Turtle Dunes villa on the ground floor for easy access to the beach and pool! This wonderful retreat in the gated Amelia Island Plantation has been nicely renovated and thoughtfully furnished with sophisticated comfort in mind. The attention to detail is obvious in this stunning villa!
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area and both bedrooms have fantastic views of the ocean.
The main bedroom has king bed and nice attached full bathroom, complete with soaking tub. The second bedroom has been cleverly designed to accommodate a larger family, with a queen bed AND a single daybed with trundle. This two-bedroom villa can comfortably sleep six people.
This villa's location could not be more perfect. The beach and complex pool are literally just a few steps from your back patio! We've also stocked the villa with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies and beach/pool towels.
When you're ready to explore, the larger Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
Golf is available within the AIP at Oak Marsh and Little Sandy, as well as multiple other great courses on the island. Tee times can be scheduled online.
Nearby, bike and golf carts can be rented to explore the larger community and venture to AIP playgrounds like Drummond Park and Aury Island. Many of our guests enjoy strolling on the beach or along the AIP's miles of shaded walking and biking trails.
For those looking to adventure further afield, the scenic drive north on A1A will take you to the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, where you can find unique boutiques, shops and dining options. Drive south on A1A to visit coastal nature preserves like Little Talbot Island State Park, known for easy biking, hiking and birding opportunities.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! * Please note that a smaller dog under 50 lbs may be considered but must first be approved by the owner and management. There are breed restrictions, so please inquire for specifics. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
* Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. This condo was great. It was very clean, and the location was wonderful. Also, the condo common areas were clean and the neighbors and other guests were friendly. We had a nice green spot outside the back patio for our dog. And the pool was clean and the beach just a few steps away so the kids could go to the beach in the morning and the pool at night. Being close to the Omni restaurants and shops was a plus.

We had a terrific day at this unit, well stocked with everything you need and clean. Kitchen was nicely updated as well!Look forward to a return visit!

The location of this condo is superb- seriously amazing views (anytime of day), easy first floor access to lawn (we brought our 10 pound dog), beach and pool. The place is as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean when we arrived (even though I still wiped down all the counters and high touch surfaces!). Also there were plenty of sheets, linens, and towels along with beach chairs and an umbrella- which was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking (no groceries only salt and pepper and coffee filters) but everything else was there. Also felt very safe here, and the condo is super convenient to engage in socially distant activities at the Omni plantation (Segway tours, fishing, etc).The bathrooms are a little dated but were adequate. We found beds comfy enough. Overall great place, but could be updated (furniture and bathrooms).
