At the same time, the main balcony offers breathtaking views of both the ocean and the tranquil marsh, allowing you to enjoy every sunrise and sunset.
Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with stunning ocean views, giving you an intimate spot to feel the salt breeze. The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool and on-site tennis courts.
This smoke-free home is dog-friendly and welcomes your canine companion to enjoy the island adventure with you.
Dogs only (max 1) with prior approval. Non-refundable $250 fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, fixed, and sociable. Size/breed restrictions apply; signed pet agreement required. No cats or other animals allowed.
All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
Guests are liable for damage or extra cleaning. Amelia Best VRR may charge your card. Report pre-existing issues at check-in to avoid liability.
The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced.

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was well equipped for six adults. We enjoyed the beach (rented daily chairs and umbrellas set up by Sunsetters), the 5th floor patio was a perfect spot for happy hour and tennis and portable net for pickleball was within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend!

We love staying at the properties rented by Gazal and Laily . They are awesome and all their properties are beautiful and just as described . Always pleased and happy with my stay !! Can't wait till next summer to go again !!!
