Gorgeous, high-end finishes including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make this villa the perfect place to vacation in style. The property is in the idyllic location too - just a few steps to the complex pool or to the Atlantic Ocean. Walk right out from your back patio to the water!
Located in the award-winning Amelia Island Plantation, 1806 Turtle Dunes has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated to provide guests with the ultimate blend of high-end style and comfort. Both bedrooms boast ocean views, full bathrooms, and patio access.
The property has been stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies and beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and nice cookware, and the unit offers a washer and dryer for guest use. In the living area, remote workers can utilize the desk.
As part of the popular Turtle Dunes complex, this property provides access to the beautiful and spacious Sea Turtle shared pool, which is seasonally heated. The property also awards entry to the Dunes Club tennis courts.
The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
Golf is also available within the AIP at Oak Marsh and Little Sandy, as well as multiple other great courses on the island. Tee times can be scheduled online.
Nearby, bike and golf carts can be rented to explore the larger community and venture to community playgrounds like Drummond Park and Aury Island. Many of our guests most enjoy strolling on the beach or along the AIP's miles of shaded walking and biking trails.
For those looking to explore further afield, the scenic drive north on A1A will take you to the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District to enjoy the unique boutiques, shops and dining options. Drive south on A1A to visit the Talbot Islands, nature preserves known for gentle hiking and excellent birding opportunities.

* Please note that a smaller dog under 50 lbs may be considered but must first be approved by the owner and management. There are breed restrictions, so please inquire for specifics. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view and great location to pool and beach access so worked well with kids. Only negative was that the confo is last one in the property so takes awhile to get to it once you go thru security gate. Restaurants are longer drive if you want to eat off the Omni resort spots. Overall great condo and experience

Excellent property and experience. The only slight area for improvement would be clarity on directions at checkin. As cautioned, navigation gets you sideways in a hurry. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo for a long, relaxing weekend—we had a wonderful time!
The other reviews talked about the proximity to the beach access walkway, so we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was also very close. (And we would get to see the neighborhood gopher tortoise that lives under the walkway on the way!)
We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our coffee in the morning, and it was so nice being able to take the dog for a walk right off of the patio, as well. The condo was very well stocked with anything you may need—from beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to extra pillows/blankets, and coffee supplies. They thought of everything!
It was also very convenient being the first condo near the covered drive and being so close to the garbage chute.
On the way home, we were talking about when we would be able to come back and visit again, and how we were already missing the beautiful views!

Well maintained property grounds. Was surprised at the number of dogs in the units, both in our building and the surrounding properties. Nice walkways for strolling along the waterfront. Within minutes of our arrival, a property management employee stopped by to check the internet and TV connections based on a prior occupant's complaint. Was very friendly. We had great success with the restaurants we chose, both on property and off. Very friendly folks everywhere we went.
