Come see this beautiful ocean view townhouse at Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club! This unit comes equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit also recently went through some renovations throughout including new flooring, furniture, kitchen upgrades and more. We have a fantastic view of the ocean, pool and beautifully maintained common areas. Our complex has 4 temperature controlled pools, beautiful beach, racquet ball courts, pickle ball court, BBQ grill areas and playgrounds. The friendly rental staff is located on site for quick response if problems arise. The gym and library are open during normal business hours for your convenience. Free tickets with Xplorie!

This is our 4th stay at Summerhouse and another perfect getaway! It is quiet and restful. The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs. The property is spotlessly clean...the pools and surrounding areas are always perfectly kept. Beach access is safe and easy and the view of the ocean from our balcony is lovely! Thank you, Summerhouse, for maintaining a perfect home away from home for us!

The location was great! But the condo wasn't the cleanest. The couch and loveseat were very dirty and the the couch was broken. You would not even be able to use the pull out bed if needed. Not even comfortable to sit on. Furniture definitely needs to be replaced. AC worked great downstairs but it stayed very warm upstairs. The dryer would not stay on so we had to hang dry towels after washing.
