Location is everything! You will love this first floor condo that is very close to the pool and a few quick steps to the beach. This newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a corner unit with lots of space to stretch out and enjoy your stay. The condo is nicely decorated with luxury vinyl flooring throughout the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, a blender, Keurig and other appliances to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third has a queen size bed. The unit has 3 TVs with Comcast cable and WIFI. Come enjoy your time at the beach in comfort!

My wife & I, along with various family members have been vacationing at Summerhouse for a decade or so and have enjoyed every stay! This was the 2nd time we lodged in #110 and loved how it had been redecorated since our last visit. Everything was wonderful with the exception of a unreliable microwave and clothes washer. It would have been nice to have gotten better response to these issues and been able to have warmed a cup of coffee & not had to immediately washed clothes upon returning home, though! Maybe a discount for our next stay?

The rental was fine, typical 3 bedroom condo We had originally planned a different condo, 2 side by side condos for a multi family vacation. The condo was moved the day before we checked in from a side by side ocean front condo to only one ocean front and one in another building. Management was nice but it was not the experience I had planned on for months.
