About this apartment rental
A beautiful view from this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home has enough to sleep six. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a king, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are two TV's, and a DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Summerhouse is the best place to stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach with your family. The grounds are neatly manicured and the pool is cleaned to perfection every day. It is obvious the outside grounds crew takes pride in their work. They pressure washed walkways, edged, and frequently straightened up in the pool area. All rooms are close to pool and beach so you can easily run up to your room whenever you need to. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there was a table and chairs for four people out there. Our condo needs some updating, (Paint, carpet replaced, bathrooms, updated decor) but it was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We already booked a condo at Summerhouse for 2022. I highly recommend it!

The unit we initially rented was ocean front , when we checked in we were informed that the reservation was changed by Summer house to another unit that was noticeably front . I did not receive notice of this change prior to checking in . The unit we were had was nice , but not what we expected
