About this apartment rental
A beautiful view from this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home. It has enough to sleep five. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a queen in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two TV's (living room TV is a flat screen HD), and a DVD player for entertainment within the condo. Fully equipped kitchen with keurig. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Love the location of Summerhouse and of the unit's view of the pool and peak of the beach. Relative to the price and condition of other similar units, it is in need of updating. I would not rent this unit again.

Summerhouse Rental is a perfect place where families can meet and enjoy a beach that is very underrated. Also has good fishing close by! The facilities aren't new but very functional and clean. Highly Recommend!

The Summer Houses are beautiful. I love staying there. Love walking down to Crescent Beach every morning. We are very happy every time we stay at the Summer Houses. They are decorated beautifully and very spacious. The heated pools are very nice. Everyone there is so friendly. Lots to do. Had a awesome vacation there. Will definitely be going back !!!!!
