About this apartment rental

Beautiful, welcoming ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. King bed in master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Three TVs, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy a cool drink on the patio which is located directly across from the swimming pool with an ocean view and beach access. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I loved our stay! We have been at Summerhouse now for over 25 years, we had a problem this year with little sand knats crawling all over our kitchen. I didn’t report it, but tried to spray some and wipe down everything every night... We still will be back, but maybe a different room.
