Newely renovated Oceanview Townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Again this year my time at Summerhouse for the month of February was wonderful. The townhouse unit was immaculate and well stocked with what you need and a few extras to help one settle in. The office staff is always very pleasant and truly helpful and any maintenance issues, however small, are dealt with immediately.I love Summerhouse and hope to be back next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Great view. We did have a few issues that did not get resolved. Owner has AC thermostat locked to not be able to go below 70 which was fine during day but upstairs hot at night. If you sleep hot this is not condo for you. We’ve been coming to Summerhouse for 15+ years and this was first thermostat we’ve encountered that was locked. We asked in the office if it could be set lower at night and we were told they would have to contact owner. Never got unlocked and did not hear back from anyone. We did have an issue with garbage disposal not working but it was fixed within a few hours. Couch also needs to be replaced. You could feel springs in the cushions which was very uncomfortable. Other than those issues condo was nice but would not stay here again with thermostat being locked.
