Bright furnished studio in a very quiet and green residential area in Waterloo. With its equipped kitchen and accessories, the studio offers all the comfort necessary for a very pleasant and autonomous stay.
It is part of a villa and has its private entrance with external stairs to access the accommodation located in the basement.

The Studio "La Rotonde" is located not far from the Lion's Mound of Waterloo, a world-famous historical site, the beautiful Abbey of Villers-la-Ville, the "young" university town of Louvain-la-Neuve created less than 80 years ago and part of the very famous Catholic University of Louvain commemorating its 600th anniversary in 2025.
For any stay of more than 7 nights, a cleaning service at the holidaymaker's expense can be considered if necessary.

Compact basement studio with a very efficient layout and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. Thank you to Francoise for everything.
