Beyond expectations!

The hostess was very helpful and welcoming, she recommended sightseeing options and great meal suggestions. A full breakfast was provided at the time of your choice. The property was gated, security code provided for easy access. If you’re going to tour the Battle of Waterloo, this is the perfect place!

Our GPS couldn’t get there by the street address but when we plugged in Villa Tiffany, no problem, there are also signs even if you get to the wrong location

What a lovely place to spend the evening on our way back to the uk. We were made to feel very welcome. The property is as good as it looks on the pictures. Highly recommended.

Chantal, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind—she made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. The garden was lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. And the homemade breakfast Chantal prepared was absolutely delicious and really made our day. The calm and comfort of this place will definitely bring us back again. Highly recommended!

Lovely house with garden and pool.

The garden and swimming pool are lovely. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable. We had a light meal in the evening and breakfast the following day, both of which were very pleasant. Nice alternative to staying in a hotel and although we were just passing through I am sure it is convenient for Brussels and the historical sites.

Perfect!

It was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The host is super nice and helpful. She made us a fantastic breakfast and, even though we were the only guests, it was extremely complete. And delicious! With homemade cake and bio products. The house and garden are beautiful. Perfect for longer stays as well. We were very sad we couldn't stay for longer. Hopefully, we can go back some day!

Great house in impeccable state. Welcoming and discreet host.

Car access is a bit tricky due to a narrow path. Departure requires to back up over 100m in narrow path. Not a big issue is daytime but couldn’t do it with low visibility or at night.

In alle rust genieten

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie grote kamer met airco en bijhorende grote badkamer. Ook de inrichting van het huis is al een bezoek waard. Ongelooflijk rustig om te slapen. Het ontbijt in de mooie tuin met zwembad was super, vooral de homemade cake is een aanrader! De gastvrouw deed er alles aan om ons in de watten te leggen. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!

Zeer mooie B&B met ruime comfortabele kamers en super ontbijt en vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Iemand van ons groepje had een verstuikte voet en er werd direct geregeld dat zij op het gelijkvloers kon slapen. We konden vroeger inchecken en er werd ons een lekkere fles wijn aangeboden voor slechts 15 euro. Grote, comfortabele kamers en dito badkamer. Super lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Un séjour au-delà de mes attentes !

L'endroit est absolument magnifique et très agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse accompagnée d'une très grande salle de bain avec un très grand bain. Tout était absolument d'une grande propreté et que dire de l'accueil de Chantal et Tiffany. Vous ne pouvez pas manquer de nourriture avec le buffet incroyable préparé par Chantal. Tout était parfait !
