Quiet location. Friendly hosts who went the extra mile.

Hosts Anne and Michel very thoughtfully collected me from the train station even though it's only a 20 minute walk. The also very kindly made sure I got to the station in time to catch my return train. My room was very clean and comfortable. Also for me in a very quiet location. The breakfast was excellent. Cereals, toast, home-made preserves yoghurts, fresh fruit etc.

I would have liked coffee sachets in the room. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

A very comfortable home away from home with a generous delicious homemade breakfast each morning.

Great location. Easy parking. Both bedrooms were upstairs and private. Each had a modern private bathroom with shower. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of space to walk around and to open luggage. Big window with curtains to open and close at night. Slept perfectly each night. The morning breakfast included many homemade jams and juices made by Ann, the owner. So much to eat each morning. Fresh cereal, fruit salad, pastries, yogurt, homemade apple juice, jams and toast, croissants. Many of the fruits came from the owners garden. an outstanding value. Will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Anne & Michel. They were both so hospitable, generous, thoughtful & helpful. We could not have been more pleased with everything they provided for our comfort and stay. We highly recommend them & their lovely home! Thank you so much!

Unforgetable

Anne and Michel have been amazing hosts, very friendly, and gave us important advise on visiting the spectacular lands of Belgium for our 7 days holiday here. In terms of property, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and they were designed with good tastes, just like in the pictures. Also, the breakfast has been delicious every morning, as Anne has been very careful asking us all the time if everything was alright, adding some products as we requested them. All in one, our week at your guest house has been extremely pleasant and we’ll definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Or maybe come back one day! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice and quiet at night.

Anne and Michel are very nice hosts. We sat in their yard and enjoyed a beer one night. The breakfast was all we want, cereal, fruit, juice, tea/coffee, toast, jams, a selection of cheese, yogurt and some sliced meat. We had a rental car but the Waterloo train station is only a short 15 minute walk from the B&B so even if you don’t have a car it would be a pleasant stay. We drove for dinner but you could walk to some restaurants, a little longer walk though. We didn’t want to drive in Brussels so we left the car at the B&B and did a day trip in by train. Very easy.

A warm, comfortable and friendly place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was superb. Anne provided everything we would need for a great start to our day, including gluten free options and homemade jams and honey. She was very keen to please and was an excellent host. Location wasn’t too important for us as family collected us every day.

We couldn’t fault anything. Anne and Michel had provided everything required to make us comfortable for our short break in Belgium and I’m sure if a guest wasn’t happy, they would go out of their way to rectify it.

Anne and her husband are great hosts! We felt like home, the room was nice and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and very nice presented by our hosts. They served us homemade and local products. We enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend Wellintown!

TODO GENIAL!!

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. La amabilidad por parte de Anne y Michael, es destacable. Siempre atentos para hacernos la estancia aún más agradable si cabe Los desayunos son buenísimos, riquísimos, naturales preparados por ellos de sus propios productos. Las camas muy cómodas. Todo fue perfecto y agradecidos por el trato y amabilidad, en los 3 días que estuvimos en su casa. Gracias por todo! Un abrazo!

Grata experiencia

El trato acogedor de los anfitriones, nos preparaban cada mañana unos desayunos muy variados con distintos tipos de panes, mermeladas, quesos, cereales, muesli, danones y muchos de ellos productos de elaboración propia. Tuvieron mucha paciencia en la comunicación pues no hablamos idiomas, aunque con su predisposición siempre nos entendíamos.

Een aangenaam plek om te verblijven!

Wij verbleven twee weken in deze B&B en we hebben dagelijks heerlijk ontbeten. Op zondag werden er speciaal op de ochtendmarkt verse verschillende broodjes gekocht voor een heerlijke verwenontbijt.

Wunderbare Pension am Rand von Waterloo....sehr ,sehr gerne wieder....!!

Sehr schöne kleine Pension am Stadtrand von Waterloo....sehr ruhig gelegen ,Parkplatz vor der Tür auf der Straße natürlich kostenlos. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet....WLAN inklusive....hakt manchmal,holt sich dann aber wieder ein...;-) Nicht weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Waterloo entfernt....alle kann man nur empfehlen ! Supermarkt nur ein paar Autometer entfernt. Wundervolle liebe Gastgeber,die auf alle Wünsche eingehen....sprechen gut englisch...wenn es nicht ging,gab es noch hände und füße.....Frühstück ist sehr gut,mit vielen Dingen aus dem eigenem Garten .....liebevoll angerichtet ....eine kleine gute Freundin namens sibou guckt immer zu und gibt auch oftmals einen Kommentar ab....natürlich auf französisch ..;-)..ihr schmeckte der Käse und das frische Obst so wie uns.... Liebe Anne, lieber Michel, liebe Grüße von uns aus good old germany ,wir sind sicher zu Hause angekommen..... Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!! Wir hoffen ,wir sehen uns mal wieder, alles Gute für Euch!! Anja und Peter

Very 'Well - in - Town'

Camere pulite, molto accoglienti e luminose. Colazione molto ricca e abbondante. Posizione ottima, in 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. L'ospitalità di Anne e Michel vale da sola il soggiorno.

Geweldige hosts die je in alle gemakken proberen te voorzien. Een ruim ingerichte, moderne en schone kamer. Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch, het heeft onze verwachtingen ver overtroffen.

Excellent séjour

Excellent accueil de la part de Anne et Michel, qui étaient aux petits soins. La maison est calme. La chambre agréable. La salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Et le petit-déjeuner copieux avec les confitures maisons, les fruits frais et les fromages de Belgique.

Plus que parfait

Le petit-déjeuner était trop copieux, continental avec des produits frais des alentours, fromage belge, l'endroit était très calme (ensemble résidentiel) avec peu de passage et proche des commerces de la ville (5mn en voiture), à 10mn de la butte du Lion, à 30mn en train de Bruxelles, facile pour se déplacer avec le RING et les autoroutes proches. Le couple était très accueillant et avait de bonnes explications sur tout (la culture, l'histoire, la nourriture etc...), c'est une Belle expérience

Een adres om nogmaals naar terug te gaan!

De ontvangst was uitermate hartelijk. Hele vriendelijke vrouw die alles vertelde en haar man was ook heel aardig. Het ontbijt was de 1e dag al uitgebreid. Met allemaal natuurproducten uit de omgeving en de tuin. De 2e ochtend, het was zondag, was het ontbijt nog specialer dan de dag daarvoor. Veel heerlijke broodjes, diverse soorten kaas, sappen enz. Heerlijk gegeten!

EXCEPCIONAL

Acabamos antes, si decimos qué no nos gustó. Aunque por lo que leo, no voy a decir nada que no se haya escrito anteriormente... Hemos de decir que, todo fue como estar en la casa de tus padres o abuelos. Plena dedicación hacia nosotros, nuestra estancia y necesidades sin excepción alguna. Si la madre es adorable, el padre es encantador, sin olvidarnos del precioso pastor Belga negro, (el guardián de la casa....). Los desayunos son....punto y aparte, todo natural y elaborado del terreno que tienen al lado. Habitación y baño espaciosos, limpios y cama muy cómoda, (chocolatina de bienvenida incluida). Si volvemos alguna vez a Bélgica, será por esta familia y por ver de nuevo GANTE. 150% recomendable

El tener que irnos y no poder compartir más tiempo con esta adorable, sociable y acogedora familia.

Una meravigliosa vacanza

Siamo stati ospiti di Anne e Michel per 6 notti e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anne è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o per un consiglio, prepara delle ottime marmellate e si fa in quattro per accontentare gusti e desideri per la colazione. Michel è più riservato ma non nega mai un saluto, un sorriso e l'ultima mattina ci ha fatto trovare il "pain perdu" fatto con le sue mani: squisito, l'avrei mangiato tutto ! Le camere disponibili sono due, entrambe appena rinfrescate con il colore nuovo: una sul blu e l'altra sul marrone. Il bagno è piccolino ma non manca nulla. La casa sorge in un quartiere residenziale, tranquillo e silenzioso. Abbiamo trovato Waterloo un buon punto di partenza per visitare tutta la zona delle Fiandre e cambiare ogni giorno destinazione. Ringrazio di cuore Anne per la pazienza che ha dimostrato nei miei confronti a farmi "esercitare" con il mio stentato francese e ad aiutarmi e correggermi per farmi migliorare: l'ho apprezzato molto. Consiglio veramente un soggiorno in questo posto, tornerete rigenerati.

Anne e Michelle la gentilezza in persona

Anne e suo marito sono due persone gentilissime,cordiali educate e disponibili. La colazione è fantastica,ricca di prodotti fatti da loro,marmellate fatte in casa,succo di mele del loro frutteto. Disponibili a venirci incontro per gli orari di partenza e della colazione a buon ora. La camera e il bagno pulitissimi ,i cioccolatini all'accoglienza un gesto davvero raffinato. Punto a favore della casa, il silenzio del quartiere, si riposa divinamente. Grazie davvero per averci fatto sentire a casa.
