Would definitely stay here again.

This property surprised us. We found it to be a good value for money. It was exceptionally clean. The size is great for two people and there were ample cooking supplies for us. The location was great however it was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

The 'double' bed was two singles pushed together, so often it would split in the night, but we knew that before booking. The shower head was not attached at the wall so we had to hold it in our hands.

OK, quite base for exploration and quick rest

The facilities had everything as expected. The cleanness was fine, pool refreshing with the hint of 80s vibe. The see was very near, and the free parking lot makes this facility a great location as quite base for exploring the sites near you. Nice center, CAP 3000 and other facilities are near (by car or bike). The staff was helpful. The rooms were cooled, so the nights were ok.

The micro location while ideal for quiet relaxing, is a little bit far off from markets or stores (you need a car), if you do your own cooking, and you need a car, the next village Cagnes a Mer (10m away) has much more facilities and content for a walk type of activities.

La proximité de la mer et des restaurants, la sympathie du personnel d,accueil.position géographique.

L,appartement en R-1,sombre et sans lumières insalubre,mobilier cassé, abîmé, le bruit des chaises des voisins infernal,insonorisation inexistante,il y avait aussi des blattes et des cafards,j,ais signalé le problème la nuit au vigile qui a fait un rapport le lendemain j,ais expliqué ma mesaventure a la dame de l,accueil qui a directement appelé la direction et ils m,ont changé de chambre pour le 2e étage et j,ais pu finir mon séjour, je remercie le personnel de l,accueil pour leurs gentillesse.

Excellent pour rayonner sur nice

Emplacement génial tout près de Nice et à 20m de la plage. Appartement.t spacieux et assez confortable. Prix super top. Piscine sous verrière donc à 24 degrés fin avril.

Goede locatie: dichtbij de zee, in de buurt van mooie dorpjes, wandelingen in de bergen rondom.

Het gebouw is vrij oud en dat begint zich te tonen in de mankementen in de appartementen. Gelukkig is de technische ondersteuning prima en was ons probleem de dag erop verholpen.

Séjour en bord de mer

La taille de l appartement pour 5/6 personnes L'emplacement proche du front de mer..qui permettait à ma mère âgée de 92 ans de profiter facilement de la promenade. Le balcon sur 2 cotés Le confort de la literie de la chambre Le parking .

Un peu éloigné des commerces d'alimentation..même si cela reste très agréable d'aller vers Cagnes le long du front de mer (15 /20 minutes de marche) Quelques couverts en plus seraient utiles .
