They offered inside parking for my bicycle. The room was aged but clean.

Decent no-frills stay close to beach and restaurants.

Quiet location, set back from the road and everything needed for a short stay was provided. Kitchen with coffeemaker, fridge and hob in the studio and a balcony to sit on with washing line for drying swimwear. Clean and comfortable bed.

Receptionist struggled to find our reservation. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom, we had to buy some from a local shop. A smell of damp in the bathroom which needs refurbishment. Kitchen could use a kettle. Worst part was that we were twice confronted by an aggressive dog - not on a leash - we're not clear whether this belonged to fellow guests or the staff.

Great location and a pleasant stay

The motel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the area. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall, a very good experience and great value for money in a nice setting.

The accommodation is very Nice! The available space is not new, but very neat. The kitchen is small, but very adequate. The bathroom offers all the necessities and is neat and clean. The rooms kept professionally clean. The room is sufficient for two people, maximum four (but tide). The beach is very close (two beach clubs!). Please note that if you do not like pebble beaches, you will have to go a bit further. Then a car is convenient. There is a sandy beach close to the town Antibes (very nice!) The location of 'Motel Ascot' is very favorable. Nice is very close. The roads are busy during the summer. In the cozy harbour of Cagnes-sur-Mer you can enjoy various restaurants and possible entertainment venues. If you want to do more around you, Nice is an absolute must. Cannes is also within reach. The nice thing about the motel is that it is quiet in the evening and the site can only be reached by means of an access code so that you are in a save environment. There is also private parking on the site. The reception is very friendly and helpfull. Best regards, Martijn.

The WIFI connexion is really well inside the accommodation and on the balcony. More outside is no connexion and internet in Cagnes-sur-Mer / Nice is not optimal. I tried to connect a Chrome-cast to my TV but because of the code connexion it's not possible to make it work.

I would like to stay again and I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very pleasant to have breakfast with the sea view. The hotel was clean. There was no breakfast. But there are nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. Things like glasses, plates, forks, and pans are available in the room. There is no hairdryer. The beaches within walking distance of the hotel are generally pebbly. You should take a car to sandy beaches. The street where the hotel is located is very fun on summer evenings. Great for walking and cycling.

When we checked in at the hotel we could have been given a brochure in English with general rules and instructions.

The room had its own air conditioner and its own balcony where you could dry your swimwear. The bed linen was clean. Location was good. Private parkering.

The walls were dusty, the cupboards fell apart, the air conditioner clicked, the smoke detector pinged brightly. The double size bed was the smallest we have used on our travels. Everything seemed dirty and sloppy. About all this was too expensive

location, price, friendly landlady it was our final stop before departing from Nice Airport. To the airport takes less than 10 minutes by bus, luckily no noise from the planes, close to the Renoir Museum and the old city, plus close to pretty St Paul de Vence

The noise from the road. Cagnes-sur-Mer has a busy road between the boulevard and the city.

If we come back again in Nica we will stay at this place for sure! Great location, the owner is very kind and ready to help. Every room has a terrace with a sea view or garden view. We came by car so we liked the fence which opens by the code they give you at reception, so you dont need to worry when you will come back or to bring keys with you. Excellent experience!

Serviettes de toilette pas assez grandes ; il manquait un tapis de douche... Climatisation vétuste, heureusement que le sèche serviette électrique de la salle de bains a pu diffuser de la chaleur ; on aurait aimé une couverture supplémentaire en ce mois de janvier très froid.

Super rapport emplacement-prix

Le studio où j’ai séjourné au 2ème étage était simple, fonctionnel, sans prétention mais son emplacement était parfait. J’avais vue sur la mer de mon lit et un petit balcon pour profiter de cette vue en prenant mon café… J’ai pu profiter pleinement du front de mer pendant mon séjour.
