Very close to Nice Airport, and easy to locate thanks to description video from host. Parking directly in front. Great view and terrace, very comfy. Great dinner prepared (and catered to my food allergies), very friendly and helpful host.

I had a great stay at Les Grimaldines. Nicole was a wonderful host and I was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the views from the balcony are stunning, and the location is quiet and peaceful but just a short walk into Cagnes.

Wonderful Maison d'Hôtes on the Côte d'Azur, a little gem close to Nice. Highly recommend!

The panoramic view of the city of Cagnes sur Mer is beautiful and incredibly nice to enjoy while having breakfast - even better after a little swim in the pool. The breakfast is typically French with croissants, brioche, bread, homemade confitures (jams) & also a little homemade chia pudding - all of it was delicious! As for the room, it's nice & cozy. We slept very well after traveling from Barcelona with my boyfriend, it was perfect. Nicole is very sweet, such a nice & welcoming host. I highly recommend it to anybody who is traveling in the region! Hope to come back again soon :)

We like the place. It was a very beautiful view from terrace. The room well equipped with everything you need. It's also not far from the seaside. We went swimming and the water was not cold despite the end of October.

Nicole, the host, was personable and kind. We had no vehicle and she drove us to a nearby museum and picked us up again. The "villa" has only a few rooms and is very picturesque. The dinner and breakfast were superb.

The location. Our plan was to book near the airport but spend parts of 2 days in Nice. The villa actually is in another town and impossible to get to without a car or a very expensive taxi. Also an expensive taxi ride from the airport. We needed to leave the villa shortly after breakfast because Nicole works so we ended up going to the airport and wasting 7 hours before our flight. There are 40 steps to the villa.

It was very steep to the accommodation but we knew that in advance. There’s a fairly tricky street circuit to negotiate to get there but the views are fantastic. Better signage might help ?

Location was lovely. Quiet, as well.as scenic. Fantastic views. Great breakfast available to order. The appartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nicole who runs it is very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here and would return.

It was charming and the view was wonderful. The hostess brought a lovely breakfast to our patio as well. The owner rents out the entire place in he summer if groups need a nice place with spectacular views.

This place was a bit difficult to drive to, and would not be accessible for those who cannot manage carrying their luggage up steep stairs.

The location although a little way out of the town has fantastic views. Really comfortable rooms and lovely outside area with pool and patio. Lovely extra little touches throughout which made a really enjoyable overnight stay. Bed super comfortable and absolutely ideal for our dog with the patio doors to the outside. Would love to stay again and look round the area.

Great for a weekend, Musee Renoir is round the corner and the Chateau worth a visit.

Excellent breakfast (though not included), great views, great location with easy access to all we wanted to see and do. Nicole, our hostess, was most accommodating and helpful.

The kitchen area is well-equipped (but only teaspoons, nothing larger!!) but it is also cramped with a very low ceiling and I would not have liked to have cooked a meal there.

The studio flat is earned through the refurbishment of a technical space (pool pumps) under a large terrace. The kitchen ceiling is 170 cm that in the larrge part of European countries means NOT to be used as residential space. The walls are thin and thermic insulation if completely alien from this small losed volume. The bedroom hosts the pool piping and pumps meaning any leakage would result in you being floded while sleeping. Maybe fine for visitors coming from developing countries but definitely unfit to host anyone used to european standards.

Lovely lovely place!!!

This is such a beautiful place, so personal, so genuine, so warm, charming, generous and with a magical view. The host is wonderful, she is so nice and beautiful as a person. She made both a fantastic lunch and dinner even though I hadn´t asked for that - and with icecream in the sun. She is really a lovely warm person, whom you truly to visit again. The sleep was peaceful. The rooms are also very nice and personal with a true genuin touch from the heart. And in the daytime you can read a book and take a wonderful bath in the beautiful little pool. With Ella Fitzgerald in the speakers...If you want to stay at really peaceful and beautiful place, this is paradise. I can really recommend Les grimaldines Maison d´hotes. The host said she is doing everything from her heart - and that is really really true!
