Perfect Stay in a Peaceful Location!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Velvet. The apartments are located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with a large supermarket just around the corner. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and it’s about 20 minutes to the train station if you’d like to visit Monaco or other nearby villages. The property feels very safe, with a secured gate and the option to park your car inside for a nightly fee. The apartments are soundproof and equipped with air conditioning and shutters, which made them very comfortable. The bed was slightly on the small side, but extremely comfortable, we slept wonderfully. Overall, a perfect apartment in a great location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Villeneuve-Loubet!

We had a great stay close to the beach enjoying the sun and the beach close by.

We liked the location of Villa Velvet, there was only a short walk to the beach and a very good supermarket. The apartment was of a good size and fit our family of four. The air conditioning was very welcome as we stayed there during a heat wave. The kitchen fit our needs very well. The laundry machine and clotheshanger was also very good to have. The room was clean and the furniture felt fresh and modern.

There was no sink together with the toilet so you had to wash your hands in the kitchen or shower room. The doors to the toilet and shower room was made in glass and could have been more opaque for our liking.

A pleasant stay

The big terrace was a big plus for us. It is close to a supermarket and if you like to walk, there is a lot to explore in the neighborhood. You can park around in the neighborhood as well as the gated parking of the apartments. By the time we were there, everyone could walk in and out, without a code. The owners are very polite.

There is only one sun bed on the terrace. So we had to switch everytime.

The Staff was friendly and a supermarket around the corner.

*The dishes was not washed properly especially the cup's :(. *The Floor was so extremely dirty that the Feed from my Husband been black after one hour walking on it barefoot. *We had to pay 7€ per Day for parking and after came back from a day trip all the parking was full. *No tea towel, I had to ask for it. This all was mentioned in the reviews but I thought the reviews been a while ago and the property have may changed things around but NO. I haven't mentioned it by check out because we haven't had to much time to discuss this things, but I do hope the owners are reading this and changing it to a better future and keep the guest happy because almost 200€ for two days is a lot of money we could spend 4 day's in other accommodation there much better value for money and better location.

Very easy check in. Excellent bed. Quality fixtures. Good location just a short walk to shopping, beach, restaurants. Easy street parking.

No kitchen staples. Wifi somewhat laggy. We chose a small room and would choose more room next time. Not great bathroom privacy due to layout & door.

Formidable holiday

Great quiet residential location 5-min walk away from the beaches. Room was always clean, well equipped (fridge, 2 induction burners, oven, AC) washing machine and dryer outside room. Big balcony wonderful for breakfast/drinks so practical to dry towels and bathing suits/trunks. Secured parking with coded gate. Efficient and kind staff. Big Casino supermarket, boulangeries, numerous restaurants nearby (7min walk). Highly recommendable.

We stayed there because we had an early flight - the hotel is located really close to the airport - about 10min driving. It has a private parking - but we just parked on the street for free - the area is very nice. It's 5 min walking to the beach with bars and restaurants. Terrace was a great thing to have as well

Well, one thing we didn't like which is important to mention about. The fridge was not OK - i mean is clean, but it had a terrible smell from inside. It needs to de defrosted and properly cleaned by a specialist i think.

The room was clean, close to the sea and the Nice international airport. The paid parking space was also good. So, it's OK to sleep. Staff was waiting for me though it's was already over her working hours.

There was water leaking at the edge of the shower box, room 101. Not good for additional activity in the room because it's too small and attached to the next room.

This was my second time staying at villa velvet, and I plan on returning soon. The villa is located in a quiet little street just a few minutes from a beautiful stretch of beach and also a very convenient large supermarket.

I loved our stay I would reserve there again if I visited cote azur again. It’s away from traffic.

I like the cleanliness of the facility as there’s everyday cleaning service, except for the dishes you use of course. It was a quiet spacious studio , internet connection was great and a little garden.

It would have been great if we had connecting rooms as we were a family of 5.

Es war insgesamt ok, aber nicht top.

Die Unterkunft kennen wir von früher. Damals war sie neue und schön, jeden Tag gab es Zimmerservice. Dieses Mal hat es einen eh ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Und der Preis war auch ganz hoch im Vergleich zu dem, was wir später für unseren Aufenthalt in Eze bezahlt haben.

Un poco caro para lo que es

El estudio superior tiene un buen espacio para estar cómodo (pareja + perro) y poder comer algo ahí. Moviéndose en coche es un buen lugar para estar tranquilo, sin meterse en masificaciones, pero estar cerca de lugares turísticos.

No hay gente en recepción en un horario fijo, hay que coordinar el horario de llegada y después no queda nadie. No me gustó mucho el trato de la persona que me atendió. Es un poco caro en relación a las prestaciones.

Ausgezeichnete Lage🌴,ruhig, still, 11 km zum ✈️16 km nach Nizza, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, ausgezeichneter freier Strand 🌊⛵️🌅, schöne Promenade am Meer entlang, viele Restaurants in der Nähe ( La Cabane), Fahrradverleih, Jetski, großer Supermarkt, Café mit frischem Gebäck und Espresso, was braucht man mehr?
