Very friendly and helpful person at reception. Wonderful idea to sell microwaveable meals of quality to guests not wishing to go find a restaurant.

Okay for a one night stopover

Good for a one night stopover but would not stay longer. The parking was good and the bed was comfy, the shower was basic but had good pressure. The room was spacious and slept 4 which was great. Good location for Nice airport for onward travel.

Check-in was not simple and self service machine did not accept booking.com reference. Had to use the intercom several times to check-in out of hours. There was no kettle on the whole site and the vending machine didn't serve hot water either. The facilities are very basic and if you visit out of hours it's self service.

Quiet area, easily accessible via GPS, conveniently located between Antibes and Nice.

I was looking for a quiet location, easily accessible and located via GPS, with free parking, and lower level room for my mobility issues. This B&B met all of those qualities. The room was lower level, and the location was nearby to Antibes, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, and Nice. But it was in the "country" rather than in the crowded and cramped cities along the coast. The self-check in process was easy, and the directions to access the room was good. The breakfast was sufficient. Villeneuve-Loubet is a nice little village with plenty of options for food. This property is best for those who have a car, but public transit is not far away. I would stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike here. A hallway light was malfunctioning outside my room door, and the seepage under the door was a bit psychedelic, but I covered up the bottom crack with a towel. The light was fixed on day two, so that problem was solved. Otherwise, the stay was quite nice, and I'd stay there again.

...unfortunately, pretty full regarding car-parking, I fully understand this is probably a big 'issue' with your location - everyone arrives with a car! Also the free Internet asking for confirmation every time you leave the room?? ...surely it should be fine/accepted for the two days you booked??

The quadruple rooms are very spacious for 4 people. The rooms and linen are clean; they have a terrace. The hotel is in a quiet location.

Used it as a rest point as well as staging post for museum visits in Nice. Served it's purpose well.

Liked the fact that the family room easily accommodated my wife and myself as well as our TWO teenage children. A TRUE family room.

To be honest, the member of staff dealing with the kitchen seemed to be more interested in going off duty than serving customers. I appreciate that people have their working hours but we are customers who like to receive a full service. Maybe an issue between employees and management that needs adjusting.

Comfortable and good value for one nights stay

We asked for a cot for our baby in our booking and they didn’t supply one. We had to all sleep in the same bed with our toddler in between us which didn’t make for a good night’s sleep.

Worst hotel ever

beds were comfy and rooms seemed to block outside noise pretty well. Dinner menu items while expensive were pretty tasty

Almost everything. Room not ready at check in, had to wait 3.5 hrs for AC to be "fixed" even then it was marginal. Upstairs in family room was hot as hell. Made a request to have the upstairs AC to be looked at when we were finally allowed in, manager said someone would be coming. At 10:30pm a maintenance man knocked on our door to work on it, we stupidly allowed him in because we hoped he might fix it- it wasn't clear he was doing anything and we needed to sleep, we asked him to leave, took him another 20 minutes to finish up, but it didn't resolve the problem. We hauled one of the mattresses downstairs so that at least one of our party could sleep. Also stairs to upstairs are a death trap- so tiny and angled, if you have adult sized feet it was extremely dangerous. Bare bones hotel, one towel each, only source of soap is the one in the shower.

Very good for rest

The hotel is above the 2 star. The rooms are spacious, clean, cool and quiet and sleep very well. We accommodated ourselves relatively easily at the accommodation device from entering it, typing the reservation number on booking.com. The hotel also has a seating area with tables and chairs. The breakfast buffet was above expectations, we had a choice of food for a perfect start to the day.
