Lovely stay, small drain issue

I enjoyed my stay at Maison Floribel! It's a wonderful location, only a stone's throw away from the beach. The room itself is nice, well-equipped, and fitting for a solo traveller. The accommodation is also at a great price. It's in a compound with a few other chalet-like apartments. The host was welcoming and very helpful.

There appeared to be a slight issue with the plumbing or drainage. One day, the bathroom floor got really wet from my shower (the bath mat was fully soaked). However, the next day, it was only a little wet. As far as I know, I didn't do anything differently. It might just be because the shower tray and bathroom floor levels are almost the same, and I just took a longer shower the first day? This was the only issue; otherwise, my rating would've been a strong 8.

Hidden gem with a lovely host in perfectly located neighbourhood.

Beautifully decorated in a fab location close to the train station and a short stroll to the beach. Very secure and safe. Lovely patio area for dinning and relaxing. Great air conditioning and kitchen appliances. Florence was very helpful and an excellent host giving us suggestions of where to visit and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Perfect stay for three days

Ideal place for a few days in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Rooms we perfect for our group. Lovely setting, each had its own courtyard. Lots of little features to make your stay better. A short walk to the train station, short walk to local shops and cafes and 5 minutes to the beach.

We loved our stay - clean, close to the beach, spacious apartment!

The outdoor space is excellent and the kitchen is functional and clean. The house is just a couple blocks from the beach, conveniently located. The owner is kind and helpful. There are free umbrellas to borrow for the beach. The beach is clean and gorgeous.

For some reason there is a good number of mosquitoes on the property, bring some mosquito spray to put on! The owner provides some insecticides for the inside of the apartment.

Warm hospitality in a little corner of paradise.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

Florence is an excellent host and takes really good care of her guests. Comfortable bed, little garden outside the apartments is lovely. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Perfect stay in a calm place very close to Nice

Cosy studio with all u need: comfortable bed, kitchinette, coffe pot, little terasse where u can chill... Everything very clean ! The studio is perfectly located: close to the beach (3min walk), 2 bakery's, nice coffee place, good places to eat , 3min walk from the train station from which u can easily get to Nice (10min), Antibes, Cannes etc.; you are also very close to the airport (15min by bus). And above that all Florence is a very nice host: friendly, available, flexible ! It was a perfect stay, away from hustle and bustle of the Cote d'Azur but still at your fingertips if u want it. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Le matelas du lit bien creusé à certains endroits, un peu dommage d'avoir à donner un horaire pour le petit déjeuner même si c'est indispensable pour l'hôte qui n'a que quelques chambres.

Excellent accueil de Florence qui est une hôte charmante. La chambre est bien équipée et la literie est très confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux, pris en extérieur sous la tonnelle, ce fut bien agréable ! Proximité avec la plage et les commerces très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Typisch französisch

Die Appartements sind sehr cozy eingerichtet. Ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Strand und der Promenade. Der Bahnhof Crox de Mare liegt 2 Fußminuten entfernt. Von da ist man in wenigen Minuten in Antibes, Nizza, Ezre oder Monte Carlo.

Der Straßenlärm ist bis spätabends zu hören und auch die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Maison de ville agréable et bien entretenue. Accueil chaleureux et hôte très arrangeante. La possibilité de garer le véhicule devant la maison a été très appréciée. Le petit déjeuner pris sous la tonnelle est copieux, renouvelé chaque jour. La marque d’attention de Florence pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour a toujours été présente.

Eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt!

Das wunderschöne Haus ist fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten von der Strandpromenade und liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Florence sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Apartment klein ist, fehlt es an nichts und es ist nicht nur praktikabel, sondern alles auch sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es stehen auch Sonnenschirme und Strandmatten zum ausleihen zur Verfügung. Unsere beiden Motorräder durften wir auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück abstellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Excellent endroit pour des vacances à la plage

C’est une grande maison privée dont une partie a été aménagée en chambres par une hôtesse très sympathique. Chaque chambre a son propre accès directement depuis la cour, ce qui permet d’être complètement autonome et de ne croiser personne. La chambre est petite, mais il y a tout le nécessaire, et en plus une petite table et des chaises dehors – c’est vraiment agréable. On est à quelques minutes seulement de la plage, des restaurants et même de la gare (environ 5 minutes). L’emplacement est idéal pour des vacances balnéaires. À la plage, on peut venir avec son propre parasol ou tapis de plage, ou louer des transats dans les cafés (environ 25 € par personne et par jour).

Tutto molto bello. La location vicino al lungo mare, ma in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa . Giardinetto vivivibile e curato. Ci ha colpito positivamente la comodità del materasso.

Non funzionava la ventola del bagno cieco. Per due giorni di soggiorno non l'abbiamo segnaslato.

Sehr nette gut erreichbare Gastgeberin

Ich habe nur eine Nacht hier verbraucht aber die Gastgeberin war super nett, gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof, man ist schnell am Meer schöner kleiner Bereich vor den Zimmern. Sehr nett. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Je recommande vivement cette adresse !

Tout ! L’accueil, la location, le charme du studio dans lequel j’étais (« Pamplemousse »), et surtout le petit déjeuner que je recommande vivement ! Très copieux et complet, produits faits maison, servi avec de belles jonquilles ! Mon séjour y étais fort agréable. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de ma prochaine visite.
