The property could benefit from updates of furnishings, one of the bathrooms, cabinetry, etc. The location is excellent and the view of the ocean and pier about as good as one can get in the area

This place is amazing.The view is beautiful and itb was so nice to falll asleep listening to the ocean.Jerrry was a friendly and accommodating host. We would happily stay there again.

The place was in a great location with an spectacular view. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. We found food and plates under the couches in the living room, and the toilet was extremely dirty. It honestly didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in. The location and view were great, but the cleanliness definitely needs major improvement.
