This apartment is positioned minutes from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre and the University but yet situated on a very peaceful and quiet tree-lined street next to vast Meadows park and close to Edinburgh's Holyrood park and Arthurs seat.
There are numerous supermarkets, cafes, pubs and transport options minutes from the door.
With generously sized rooms, the apartment is warm and comfortable and is a wonderful base to enjoy the city or visit the University.

Wonderfully appointed home. Practically anything we needed was provided. Location is a short bus ride away from the Royal Mile and easy to get to. Stairs up to the flat were a bit tricky to navigate with suitcases but we figured it out. Only things I could suggest adding would be an extension cord in the bedrooms so a phone could be plugged in closer to the bed, and perhaps a portable fan for warm night. We hope to stay here again!

We recently rented this flat and it is fabulous with everything we needed and in a great location for us close to my family. We had an issue with one of the smoke alarms going off due to a low battery. This was fixed within a couple of hours of me calling. Fantastic service. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star review is that the person renting the flat below decided to have a New Years Eve party whilst we were there. It was really loud and went on all night.

A very quaint flat, loads of room, excellent location, quiet......a great choice for exploring this great walkable ( but with a few hills!) city.

Wonderful apartment located a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride from the center, near several restaurants, antique stores, and shops
Very well stocked kitchen, large living room, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment so no shared wall for snorers!
