Or take a short drive north to the Seaside Outlet Mall to do a little shopping.

No beach view. Nice walk to the beach/cove. Bedrooms nice size, bathrooms nice size. Not enough lighting in the living room. It was a nice place to stay.

We saw reviews about the carpet being stained and it was. And it did have a slight odor of dog. But we really liked the house. It was clean, had all we needed and the location was a very short walk to the ocean. Easy check in, and perfect for our family to vacation

I'll start with the good. The proximity to the beach on the southern end of town is wonderful. It's a five minute walk. It's also great to have a garage to pull your vehicle in. 2.5 bathrooms are also great. Things that could be improved.- The carpets are in dire need of a cleaning. While the house was overall clean, the carpet downstairs needs to be addressed.- There was a lot of bikes, chairs, excess items in the garage that need to either be organized or thrown away. Needless clutter- The kitchen is woefully short of proper supplies. We were a family of six and with only one set of dishes, we were constantly doing dishes. I would suggest at least another set. The dishwasher has a strange funky smell to it that needs to be addressed. This means all of your dishes, while clean, come out smelling funky. Pots and pans were left unkept and unusable. We cleaned the ones that we used but there were some that we did not use that should be addressed. Similar to the plates above, you need more utensils, tongs, and other basic kitchen items. We often made things 'work.'- Only having four beach towels was also a miss. If six people are going to stay at this house, you should have six beach towels. Not necessary or expected but a couple of beach chairs would go a long way for guests.- No dark curtains on the main bedrooms upstairs. The sun comes blasting in the morning. It didn't help that one curtain rod was also barely hanging on. Some black out curtains would definitely help.
