The house was as described. Clean and well stocked.
Very good communication. We got a message before our scheduled check in time that the house was available, so that was a nice surprise to get settled in early.
The location was good, only a few blocks from the promenade, and about 10 blocks from downtown Broadway Ave. We walked to dinner every night except for when it was pouring rain.
We highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.
