Come to Seaside and enjoy this adorable home! While the kids are playing games in the family room, you could be cooking and enjoying time with the rest of the family in the living room. Also, you can relax in the hot tub! Grill up some burgers on the BBQ in the privacy of the backyard (May-Sept.)! Don't forget to bring your pet! This home welcomes pets as well so the whole family can come to enjoy!

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
Maximum Vehicles Allowed (must park onsite): 3
The Maximum Occupancy for this home is 6 Guests and 3 vehicles. That cannot be exceeded at any time per city ordinance. Children, toddlers/infants, and visitors count toward total occupancy. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Amazing stay! So close to the beach, so much room in the house to play and cook, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend it. Thank you!

Beautiful and clean. Exactly as described. Only not so great issue: a random man walking around the back yard almost every day/morning of our stay. He didnt tell us he was there. He refilled the hot tub daily (much too full) and then pad locked it each time. It was off-putting and stange. When we approched the man to ask why he was there he said he was a maintenance guy from the agency. It was weird to have him there so often and without any notice or communication unless we initiated it. We were in our swimsuits and such to use the hot tub. It felt strange.

The Good: The house layout was nice. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The backyard was good size and completely fenced (good for dogs). Location was only a few blocks to beach and quiet. Garage had air hockey table and couch…great hangout for our 20-something kids. The Bad: We found popcorn in the bedsheets the first night so someone didn’t clean properly (we ending up washing all bedroom sheets). The kitchen was woefully inadequate. The drinkware consisted only of handled mason jars and goblets…no cocktail glasses, drink glasses or wine glasses. There were no sharp knives, making cooking difficult. Many dishes has chips in them and only 5-6 plates so can have a large gathering. We were informed when we arrived that the dishwasher wasn’t draining and the next day someone came to ‘fix’ it but it still didn’t drain so we had to hand wash all week (and let dry in broken dishwasher because there was no dish rack). Grill worked but was a challenge. It was small and all the flame came towards the front so you constantly have to reposition food to get proper cook. They also had very limited supplies…no bath/shower products, only 4 garbage bags, no food storage containers for leftovers, etc. Disappointing because a 500 trip to Target or Costco to buy new kitchen ware would make this place closer to a 5-star stay.
