Everything was good and easy. Only two negatives. 1. Heating system. We turned on the fireplace to heat the upstairs but while the master bedroom was really warm, the other bedroom was warmish. Secondly, the kitchen wasn’t stocked well. We needed sheet pan to bake in but didn’t find one anywhere. But everything else was perfect…well besides the weather but I know that is beyond your control.I liked how close it was to the beach, I enjoyed the hot tub, and lived the quaintness of the place.

We loved our stay at the bungalow! We were two couples so that meant one couple had to take the two twin beds but we knew that going in. The twin bed room also has their bathroom down a few stairs (reading the other reviews, I got the miss impression that it was all the way down on the ground floor).Dillon Beach location turned out wonderful. You can enjoy the beach right by the house or you can do day trips up the coast to Bodega Bay or around Tomales Bay to the Pt Reyes Ntl Seashore. We did both.One note…Monday and Tuesday nights the local restaurant is closed so if you are arriving those days…bring some take out,

We’ve done at least one beach house trip annually for 8 years, most to Dillon Beach. We've never repeated a house but we all agree we’ll be booking this one again! The rooms were perfect for my husband and I, plus my kids 8 and 5. The great room concept of the first floor was perfect. We loved the spa and the proximity to the beach- we walked there multiple times a day, as well as the general store for ice cream. We’ll book again definitely!

The house hit the mark for relaxing at the beach for our family. The home was cozy and comfy as described. Many board games to choose. Fantastic kitchen and grill. The beds were super comfy and coming back to the hot tub after time at the beach was amazing. Our family of 4 would most definitely return!

We live about 40 minutes from Dillon Beach, yet staying at this home feels like you’re far, far away. We love it here. The home checks all of the boxes: steps from the beach, clean, cozy, kitchen is well equipped, and the backyard has all of the amenities. We would definitely stay again. 🏖️

This was a great house to celebrate a big birthday, we enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the backyard. The house was cute, well appointed, has an amazing location near the beach, on a quiet street, and we loved the fire pit outside and gas fireplace!

We chose this place for its proximity to a larger house up the street where a family reunion was taking place. This was the perfect spot to retreat from the chaos and really relax. Every single detail was at least as nice as pictured and described, if not better, and we found al instructions left for us very easy to follow. If my travels ever take me back this way, I'd return here in a heartbeat!

This charming beach cottage was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Short walk to the beach -- if you drive you pay to park. The weather was mostly cool with morning and evening fog. Just a few things we found not in working order - ice maker, TV remote and Dish in the master bedroom - outdoor furniture was weathered and showing age -firepit screen needed replacing. We highly recommend bringing supplies with you since the one store close by was expensive with limited items. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property in the future.

The house was immaculate. Clearly renovated with attention and love by a family who spends time there themselves. Nothing seemed too worn out and used like some property rentals do and it was very homey. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the jacuzzi, fire pit, fireplace, washer/dryer. All in good working order. Location was very nice. Quick walk to the beach and general store. Wish there was a list of owners favorite restaurants etc as we hit some misses in that category. Overall I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Our 9 year old granddaughter from Colorado loves the ocean and boogie boarding. Dillon Beach is one of the best and safest for her to enjoy both. Ann & Tom’s place is a wonderful beach bungalow - light and airy while also cozy and has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach, the general store, and the Coastal Kitchen Restaurant. The hot tub was amazing for warming up after ocean time and the outdoor shower made it super easy to rinse all the sand away before enjoying the hot tub. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and the card games for family time. We highly recommend Ann & Tom’s place and hope to stay again next summer!

Very beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only minor ding was the cleanliness of the backyard area, but we figured we were some of the first guests of the summer season and it probably wasn’t used much. The hot tub and semiprivate enclosure was great though!
