Very nice. Plenty of room for our family. Guest house was perfect for our family with 2 children under 2 years old.House was conveniently located within a mile of a variety of beaches and shops. Highly recommend.

Had a great 1-week stay at this lovely property including the guest house. It was just right for 3 generations to get together and enjoy each other's company as well as Kauai. The property was spotless when we checked in. We didn't need air conditioning until our last might there, but it worked very well. We never had a chance to use the hot tub. Access to nearby Poipu Athletic Beach Club is a plus. The host was very responsive to all inquiries. All in all we had a great stay. Thamk you.

House was very nice, very clean, and owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. The garage was well stocked with water- sand toys. The houses are very comfortable.

The house and set up was perfect for our family. The issues we had were that within a couple hours of arrival, I notified the host of a broken toilet seat. It was discovered with the first use. The host then explained that an insurance claim would be filed as we are insured up to 5,000 in repairs. It didn’t sit well with us that we were being blamed for existing issues. She also indicated that we shouldn’t use the toilet. Of the 8 days we stayed there, we had 4 contractors/maintenance/handymen people show up - 3 of which we weren’t aware would even be coming. One was an HVAC company who when we arrived back at the house were inside, a hot tub guy came, left and then came back again to drain the hot tub, a yard maintenance company that was there for several hours during the day and they were very loud and disruptive, and then a repair man to fix a window show (this person we were informed of). The house itself is stunning and its location fabulous. I just wish we weren’t disrupted during our stay as much and blamed for a repair item that we didn’t even do.
