About this house rental
Welcome to Hale Kailani at Poipu Beach Estates! Kailani means “heavenly waters” in the beautiful Hawaiian language, and you will find just that at this luxurious tropical property. Cascading waterfalls into the heated pool create a soothing ambiance as you enter the property. Pristine inside and out, this brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home and 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage are sure to exceed expectations and are the perfect place to unwind from your day.
Featuring a private, heated pool, guests can enjoy the water from the comfort of your own front yard. White sand beaches are located less than a 5 minute drive from the property, or a comfortable 10 minute walk, if you are in the mood.
The main house includes two master suites, each with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads, and ample closet space. The upstairs suite (the only bedroom on the upper level) also includes a private lanai perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the beautiful island views. Additional rooms in the main house include a shared guest bathroom and a bunk room featuring a “twin over full” configuration plus a twin-size pull out trundle bed. The final bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks the immaculate courtyard and pool. Additionally, the living room sofa opens up to a queen-size sofa bed, making the home well equipped to accommodate 12 individuals.
The house is ideally situated to take advantage of the tropical breezes with multiple window, door and screen options available. If the trade winds die down, each bedroom and each of the main living areas also includes its own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortable at any time of the day.
The cottage features two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, the living room boasts a queen size pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, dining and laundry area. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests.
Hosting a family reunion? We’ve got you covered! With ample sleeping accommodations (18 total between the main house and cottage!) and large gathering areas, Hale Kailani offers the perfect mixture of public and private spaces for individuals to socialize together, or relax in private. Grill up some fresh island fish using the professional kitchen and conveniently located outdoor grill, or take a short walk to the Kukui’ula Shopping Center for a variety of unique dining options. Soak up the sun or take a dip in the pool within the privacy of the gated property.
Snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, horse-back riding and sight-seeing are just a few of the activities offered in and around the Poipu community.
