Bring the whole group to Pili Mai at Poipu with two private 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhomes on Kauai's sunny South Shore: six bedrooms in all, two full kitchens, two covered lanais on the Kiahuna Golf Course, air conditioning in both homes, and the resort pool, hot tub and fitness center a short stroll from either front door.



What we guarantee: Both townhomes are always inside Pili Mai at Poipu and always within a 2-3 minute walk of each other along the resort's flat paths. Unit A is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome and Unit B is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, with exactly the beds listed below in every bedroom. Unit A's ground-floor lanai opens straight onto the lawn and the golf course fairway, with the ocean a thin blue line on the horizon; Unit B's upper-floor lanai looks across the fairway and palms to the ocean on the horizon in one direction and the mountains in the other. Both homes are kept to the same standard you see in these photos. If we ever could not deliver that, you would approve the alternative first or receive a full refund.

The 6 bedrooms sleep 12 guests at 2 per bedroom, and the sleeper sofa in each living room sleeps 2 more, adding 4 additional guests for a combined maximum of 16.



Unit A is the ground-floor home: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with bamboo floors, a quartz-topped island with counter seating, cherry cabinets and stainless appliances, and a reclaimed-wood dining table with bench seating for six. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with a wicker loveseat, a coffee table and a bistro table with two rocking chairs, set right at lawn level beside the fairway. The king master suite has a double-vanity bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and teak bench; the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom are served by the other two full baths, both with tub-shower combos.



Unit B is the upper-floor home with the same cherry-and-granite finish: a kitchen island with four bar stools, Bosch stainless appliances and pendant lighting, a dining table with bench seating for six, a living room with two sofas and a wall-mounted TV, and a covered lanai with a round dining table for four and a wicker sectional under a ceiling fan. The queen master has an en-suite tiled walk-in shower; the second queen bedroom adjoins a full bath with a double vanity, tub-shower and walk-in closet; the third queen bedroom uses the third full bath with a tub-shower. A stacked LG washer and dryer sit in a louvered hall closet.



Good to know before you book: each townhome has its own front door and its own entry details, so the two groups come and go independently. Unit A sits at ground level with its lanai on the lawn; Unit B is on the upper floor of a two-storey building, reached by a flight of stairs, so tell us if stairs are a concern and we will flag it on your booking. Free parking is on site, both homes have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and there is a 4-night minimum with check-in from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM.

Glass doors open to a covered lanai with a round dining table for four and a wicker sectional under a ceiling fan, looking across the Kiahuna fairway and palms to the ocean on the horizon one way and the mountains the other. The living room sofa is a sleeper for two more guests, for a total of 8 in this home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a tray ceiling and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower; the second bedroom has a queen bed and adjoins a full bathroom with a double vanity, a tub-shower and a walk-in closet; the third bedroom has a queen bed and uses the third full bathroom with a tub-shower. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans and a stacked LG washer and dryer in a louvered hall closet complete the home.



This Pili Mai stay brings together two private 3-bedroom townhomes inside the same Pili Mai complex, always within a 2-3 minute walk of each other along the resort paths. Pili Mai at Poipu is a low-rise townhome community of numbered two-story buildings beside the Kiahuna Golf Course, with one shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center on the grounds, so the two townhomes may share a building or sit in neighboring buildings but are always only a 2-3 minute walk apart along the resort's flat paths.

Your reservation includes the private interiors of both Unit A and Unit B, each with its own front door and its own entry details, plus the shared Pili Mai resort amenities: the community pool, hot tub, fitness center and barbecue areas. Free parking is on site. Arrival instructions, entry details and parking information for each townhome are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Pili Mai sits along Kiahuna Plantation Drive in Koloa on Kauai's Poipu coast, one of the island's most consistently sunny and sought-after stretches. Poipu Beach, regularly recognized as one of Hawaii's best, is approximately 1 mile from the complex, and Kiahuna Beach is within walking distance. For everyday needs and a casual meal or two, Poipu Shopping Village is roughly 0.3 miles away on the same road and includes shops, restaurants, and Whalers General Store, all reachable on foot. The broader Poipu area offers snorkeling, bodyboarding, and whale watching in season, along with the Spouting Horn blowhole just down the coast and the historic plantation town of Koloa a short drive inland. The South Shore's reliable sunshine and calm bay waters make it the preferred base on Kauai for beach-focused groups.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport (LIH) on Kauai's east side serves the island and is the arrival point for most guests. A rental car is strongly recommended for this area, as it gives the group the freedom to explore Poipu, drive the scenic road to Waimea Canyon, and reach the North Shore without depending on scheduled service. Rideshare options exist on Kauai but are more limited than on the mainland, so pre-arranging airport transfers or relying on a rental vehicle is the practical choice. Within the immediate Poipu area, Poipu Shopping Village and nearby beaches are close enough to reach on foot from the complex.
