This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.
Enjoy mountain views from this 3-bedroom/3-bath home and 2-bedroom/1-bath guest home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 14 guests. The entire home has a sleek and modern design, open living space and upscale kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. Bedrooms are bright and airy. Enjoy the comfort of Air Conditioning for all bedrooms and the main living area. There are two primary suites each with a king bed, and a guestroom with a double bed & twin bed. There is an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back. Shared driveway with the neighboring guest home (2 vehicle maximum for the main house). We are pleased to offer this as a new vacation rental.
CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 11:00am
For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
*The hot tub is currently inoperable.
**Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm.

We had an incredible stay at KoolKondo! It was truly the perfect home in Kauai. The house is beautiful, very clean, and spacious with plenty of bedrooms—easily enough to sleep 10 comfortably. They provided everything we could need, from towels and beach chairs to umbrellas, which made our beach days so easy.The backyard was amazing, with grills, corn hole, and lots of space to relax and hang out together. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, which made it even more enjoyable. The hosts were also so friendly and incredibly fast to respond whenever we had a question—such a great experience all around.The location couldn’t be better—close to everything in Poipu, including Little Fish Coffee, Poipu Beach, and even the Musubi Truck.This home exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

A family of eight adults and two children stayed comfortably in this wonderful house and guest house. The house was simply amazing. If you believe in Ohana, this is the house that does that we had dinner every night together at the large table, uses the well equipped and high end kitchen appliances to cook every night. The good size backyard with grass enabled us ti play outdoor games and /or sit on the deck and enjoy the tradewinds and serenity of Hawaii.The beach is 10 minute walk and less than a five minute drive to Poipu beach and the shops around. The staff was attentive and very responsive to the minor needs we had. Their concierge services were also great - highly recommend to use them.Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to revisit this place again as well.
