What a unique gem of a place!

Very good
This home has a stunning location at the point on the bluff with full ocean view from the front living room as well as from the patio on both levels. The east side yard provides a refreshing outdoor sitting area from the afternoon heat.
While we knew the house did not have A/C, I had not anticipated how hot it could get in Koloa. Even though we arrived early and housekeeping had already been to the house, we were unable to gain early access into the home. Since the house for security purposes had been closed up before we arrived, we would have appreciated the shades to have been pulled down to prevent the direct sun from fully heating the property by the time we were allowed access. We do appreciate working fans in each room.

I wouldn’t recommend this property unless there is AC in the Main house during summer months.
The location and the views from the balconies.
The lack of AC in the Main House and the access code provided in the email for us to get the key to the studio with AC didn’t work and no one responded until the next morning. When we arrived at the property in the afternoon, all windows were closed; fans weren’t on, so, the entire house was unbelievably hot! We had baby and children and the only AC room wasn’t available to us; it was such a miserable way to start our vacation in Kauai!

The location of this property is worth every penny. From the amazing view and stunning surrounding, to the convenient location to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The perfect place to experience the Poipu area.
Not much to dislike. There were times when the waves were loud at night and made it hard for some people to sleep. It can get a little warm in the house but did have good air flow.
