Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom estate, perfectly designed for large groups or families. Centrally located in the serene Poipu Beach Estates, this property is just a half mile from the beach, offering a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Our property features a large shared space with the privacy of separate 2 entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 3 outdoor lanais. The estate combines two residences: A Luxury Main House and a detached Beach Cottage. The Luxury Plantation house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 2 lanais. The Beach Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, including 1 kitchen, 1 family room, and 1 lanai. Each bedroom is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfortable temperatures when sleeping. The family rooms feature portable floor air conditioning units for added comfort. The kitchens are outfitted with premium appliances and quartz countertops. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and tropical climate from one of the three lanais, each furnished with comfortable seating where you can often hear birds chirping.
Our home is stocked with beach essentials including towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and bodyboards, so you can just show up and head to the beach with your family. As our guest, you`ll enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, just 1 mile from the house. The club features an open-air gym, waterslide, pool, restaurant, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more – perfect for kids and adults alike. Poipu Beach, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and excellent snorkeling, is about 1 mile away, while Brennecke’s Beach and the scenic Shipwreck Beach are both within 2 miles. For shopping, both The Shops at Kukui`ula and Poipu Shopping Village are within easy walking distance. Just a short drive away, discover charming shops in Old Koloa Town, only 5-10 minutes away.
