With AC, heating, washing/dryer, WiFi, commercial grade ice machine, Roku set TVs , pack and play, all beach equipment , 4 bikes ,heated pool with lights and beautiful furnishings all your needs are taken care of. This is not a party house. This home is in a beautiful residential area for those looking for a great stress free vacation. We have added a golf cart that is an additional expense if you would like. You are more than welcome to rent your own.

Perfect home in a perfect location! Fit our family with teenagers well, great outdoor space, easy walk to the beach, close to river to kayak with provided kayaks. We can’t wait to return! Hostess was on it and available for any needs that arose! Thank you Sandy!

The property was brilliant, and the host was exceptional! Sandra was attentive to all of our needs and questions from the moment we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time in St. Augustine and especially staying at this house.
