Easy to get to from Jacksonville Airport. Surprised at low volume of traffic. The home is beautiful with stunning ocean views. The Reef restaurant was a block down on the beach, great brunch, great food and drinks. Beach access was easy, clean and no crowds. We had a great time, thank you for sharing your home. We would like to have our annual sisters and daughters visit here again. We made great memories.

Overall a nice stay. I had to reach out to be provided the access code for entry. The layout is nice and can sleep 8 in the bedrooms. It is unfortunate that the only way to access the beach is through the cabana, which is a separate entrance and not accessible through the main living area. It is odd that the property manager lives in a separate unit in the cabana and that the cleaning crew's closet is in the cabana, which came as a surprise when the other unit was vacated/cleaned during my stay. The toaster oven, coffee pot, and washer were trial and error to get working, but ultimately worked fine. It was nice to have toys/chairs for the beach with a child.

Great location and super accommodating for our group! Exactly what we expected from the pictures. Property was clean and well stocked. Only a few minute ride to local restaurants and grocery store. Beach access was fantastic! Property owner was responsive and very helpful.
