Brand new 4 bedroom with 2 master suites and pool, steps to the beach.

The property was perfect for us.

Jody and Jessica’s house is exactly as described and more! My family of 4 plus my brothers family of 5 visited over the Fourth of July weekend and it was a fabulous stay! The house was so clean and so comfortable (specifically the beds bc omg all 4 adults and 5 kids slept so amazingly wonderful)! Everything was perfect for our two families. The two primary suites downstairs gave the grown ups privacy while the 5 kids slept soundly upstairs. The beach was a quick 3 block walk away. The storage unit had pool floaties, snorkels, a skim board, a surf board, and most helpful of all, a beach cart for us to trek everything for all 5 kids to the beach. They also provided beach towels which seemed like a luxury since my family travelled from Seattle, my brothers family travelled from Nashville and beach towels weren’t on our radar, so we were extremely grateful for that small, but incredibly helpful little luxury. We had a few questions pop up during our stay and both Jody and Jessica were immediately responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house served us well on a much-needed respite from busy lives. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. The little pool was perfect for relaxing. The host is excellent and willing to help in any way. The walk to the beach is doable for families with a wagon. It’s a great section of beach with few people.

Amazing stay!! We were in town for our daughters college graduation and extended our trip for Mothers Day. We had an amazing time!! Thank you!
