Downtown St. Augustine’s restaurants, tours, and attractions are only 10 minutes away.
Golf carts are available to rent through a local third-party vendor for the full Florida experience. We will share their contact details after your booking is confirmed so you can arrange the rental directly with them.

No parties, smoking, or vaping
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Renter agreement and accidental damage waiver fee required:
$149 Accidental Damage Waiver
Each reservation includes a mandatory, one-time, non-refundable $149 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee instead of a traditional security deposit or large authorization hold.
The waiver applies to qualifying accidental damage occurring during your stay, up to a total of $1,500 per reservation.
You must report any damage to us promptly and before checkout. Damage that is not reported before checkout is not eligible for the waiver, and you may be charged the full repair or replacement cost.
The waiver does not cover intentional or reckless damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets or events, rental-rule violations, or damage caused by unauthorized guests. You remain responsible for excluded damage and for any damage exceeding the $1,500 waiver limit.

We had a great time. Many great memories were made. The house and location are perfect; clean, comfortable, fresh beach vibes for sure. Having the pool was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach and downtown St. Augustine fun. We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and well cared for. The location is great, near the beach. The pool was nice to have. There was plenty of room for our family of 5! I would definitely stay here again.
