Palm Paradise was excellent for our large extended family. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 dogs. Everything was super clean and there were plenty of towels, kitchen, pool and beach supplies. The open floor plan and pool area allowed everyone plenty of space while we cooked, swam and played games. Craig was always quick to respond and answered any questions we had. The property is really close to a quieter part of Vilano Beach and a quick drive to all St Augustine has to offer. We enjoyed time on the beach, surf fishing, late pool nights and riding the bikes around the neighborhood. The golf cart was great to shuttle people and all our stuff back and forth to the beach and to Aunt Kate’s restaurant. We will 100% be looking to come back again for another fabulous family vacation here.

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The furniture was very comfortable. The pool area is where the kids lived most of the trip. The beach is an easy walk or golf cart ride away. There are so many pool chairs, toys, wagon, etc in the garage that you don't need to pack any. We all loved our 4 nights at this home.
