The home is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours.
The private swimming pool is available for guest use; however, children must always be supervised around the pool area.
BBQ grill propane levels are checked regularly, but guests should notify us if assistance is needed during their stay.
No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted without prior approval.

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.
St. Augustine weather is warm and coastal, so bug spray and sunscreen are recommended for outdoor activities.

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including all indoor spaces, the pool area, and the patio. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found anywhere on the property.

Please rinse off before entering the swimming pool to help maintain water quality.

Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.

Use the BBQ grill responsibly and turn off propane after use.

Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or issues immediately during your stay.

Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or other non-toilet-paper items — please dispose of these in the trash instead.

Before you go, please place bagged trash in the outdoor receptacle. We`d also appreciate the dishwasher being started and used towels placed in the hamper, if you`re able.

Check-out time is by 10:00am unless prior approval for a late check-out has been granted. Adhering to this allows our cleaning team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the home for our next guest. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 late check-out fee. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide every guest with a clean, well-prepared home.

Cleaning: Your cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after your stay. If the home is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring additional cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and comply with HOA regulations, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please keep outdoor conversations, music, and gatherings at a low volume during these hours.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.

By booking the house, guests agree to follow all house rules and safety guidelines during their stay. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group and any visitors comply with these rules.
