* No Smoking/Vaping inside the home.
* No Parties or Events without prior approval.
* Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 9 AM.
* Rental Agreement Required: The primary renter must sign within 48 hours of booking.
* Security Deposit: A $500 refundable hold is required on the guest's credit card.

We had a great time! There was a maintenance issue but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. They did everything in their power to make us comfortable.

Excellent beach vacation house.roomy,wee equipped with kitchen appliances etc.great family vacation spot .karina & randy are so good & are there for any questions!!we all had the best week with many happy memories!!!

Didn’t like late check in and such early check out! Electric problems and lights in areas didnt work 1st 24 hrs;Managers did send an electrician which were in the house for a couple hours. They were nice and so were the managers, but it was inconvenient..Location okay but you have to cross a very busy and potentially dangerous road to get to the beach.Vilano Beach area was nice and convenient location to Saint Augustine.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was amazing, hosts were very responsive, everything was clean and well kept. Traffic along A1A was louder than expected. Loved having dinner on the back porch overlooking the marsh and being walking distance from the beach.
