Heated Pool Costa Rica Style Sleeps 10 Steps to Sand, Dogs OK

The location, the pool and the bed sizes. Having TVs is each room was nice so no one was left out. Also appreciated having two en suite rooms.

Some things were a bit run down

We enjoyed a quiet stay and loved how much space we had to move around with a big family and it was close enough for a short walk to the beach.

That the pool didn't seem to be filtering the water well. And the fridge didn't get cold enough for me and my family

The property was clean, modern and in a great location to the beach and local restaurants, as well as to downtown historic St. Augustine. It made our family feel like we were at home away from home!

Although uncontrollable by the owner and property manager, parking was the only issue for our group because we had 4 parties (with 4 vehicles) coming from different area and the property only allowed 2 vehicles. However, we were able park our additional vehicles at a nearby beach access parking lot that was walking distance. I may have overlooked, but I did not realize the parking situation until I received my initial correspondence from the property manager. I recommend that detailed parking information be included on the Booking.com description for anyone in the future searching for a larger home with limited parking.
