You can’t beat the location. The pool being right off of the living space was an extension of our family space and perfect for the kids/ we spent a ton of time out there and in the garage. The home provides towels for the pool which we so appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and tools Beds are all very comfortable and there is a ton of space for big or multiple families

-There were some inconveniences we experienced with the rental staff. We were told ahead of our stay that there was free public parking for our fourth vehicle, since we were limited to three. Upon arrival all lots say they will be towed/not for over night so we took a huge risk which made us uneasy. The property was not supportive of providing a solution to there not being more than three cars allowed. -the rental management had furniture delivered one day during our stay, had staff show up unannounced to break down old furniture the next day, and intended to return a third day to assemble until we asked them not to. I felt this should be taken care of in between rentals. -Trash pick up is not aligned with rental turn over/ we arrived to a full trash bin and ran out of room by the time the trash was picked up at the end of Our stay. This caused the road and trash area to smell offensive and attracted a ton of flies, especially since we had seafood. -There is no ice maker -The refrigerator had a hard time keeping up and keeping things cold

The location, the pool and the bed sizes. Having TVs is each room was nice so no one was left out. Also appreciated having two en suite rooms.

Some things were a bit run down

We enjoyed a quiet stay and loved how much space we had to move around with a big family and it was close enough for a short walk to the beach.

That the pool didn't seem to be filtering the water well. And the fridge didn't get cold enough for me and my family
