Street parking is strictly prohibited in this area, and St. Johns County actively enforces parking violations. We kindly ask all guests to use the private driveway only.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one and $250 for two dogs per reservation. A fine of $500 will be charged if dogs are not disclosed prior to check-in. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
This is a nonsmoking property.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
No shoes in the home please.
If traveling with your favorite canine friend(s), please be sure to clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you`ll be fined $500.
