New Floridian-style beach home located only 6-min walk to quiet, secluded Vilano Beach access. Two-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom layout with private, fully-fenced backyard with custom heated pool. Located in the Vilano neighborhood, our home is perfect for Florida beach vacations. Enjoy grilling out in the backyard, lounging around the pool or beach all day! 12-min drive into Historical Downtown St. Augustine. Beach supplies provided to guests - Pet-friendly property. GOLF CART available.

DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6 people, Kitchen island with 3 bar seats.
LIVING ROOM: Oversized L-Shaped couch, Smart TV.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, Ensuite master bathroom with shower, Walk-in closet, Dresser Smart TV (Sleeps 2).
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer with detergent available for guests use.
GARAGE: Availability to fit one vehicle in the garage, Beach cart, Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler.
BACKYARD: Fully fenced backyard, Heated pool, Propane grill, Outdoor shower, 2x Chaise lounges, Outdoor furniture, Umbrellas, Paver deck.
PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway - No parking allowed in grass or street.
GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed, Closet, Dresser, Smart TV (Sleeps 2).

FULL BATHROOM: Shower/Tub combo located between the two bedrooms.

GOLF CART: We have a golf cart on the property that is available for rent:

>Flat rate for 3-6 nights: $350.00
>Flat rate for 7-12 nights: $500.00
>Flat rate for 13-nights or more: $899.00
**THE GOLF CART CAN BE USED TO GO TO NORTH BEACH PARKWAY TO GO TO THE BEACH, DROP OFF BEACH SUPPLIES AND PEOPLE AT THE BEACH ACCESS, VISIT AUNT KATE'S & REEF RESTAURANT, AND CRUISING THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148.00 will be requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 4 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. DO NOT bring pets into the bed please. Any damages found during the stay, as well as pet hair, will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace.
PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway.
PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Located two streets to the south on Boating Club Rd. Additionally, another public boat ramp (Usina Boat Ramp), 6 streets to the north.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.
Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.
Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.

Pet Friendly (Up to 4 dogs):
All pets must be approved by host before check in. We have a pet fee of $148.00.
Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL**
HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.
**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**.

Great location just north of Vilano. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Close to Publix for groceries and reasonably close to downtown as well. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet as well and beach access was pretty close although we didn’t have time to make it. Would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling for my brothers wedding. Everything we needed was available at this rental and didn’t need to pack extra. My two and a half year old made himself right at home quickly. He loved being able to swim a lot!

The house is so nice! So many extras were provided! This was our best experience renting from VRBO. We would definitely rent from them again!

The house was very clean, and the owners let us get in a little early. The only downside was there was no instruction booklet on the property to tell you how to use the amenities. There also were no dish towels in the kitchen. They did fill the gas tanks for the patio fireplaces and gas grill immediately when we reached out. There were some added bonuses like hand soap in all the bathrooms and shampoo/conditioner samples. Overall, the plusses way outnumbered the minuses. We had a great weekend.
