Welcome to Alpine River Lodge - Entire Duplex, a rare opportunity to rent both sides of a mountain duplex connected by an interior door, thoughtfully designed for families traveling together who want space, comfort, and easy time together. This layout is ideal for multi-generational families or multiple families vacationing together, offering shared gathering spaces while still providing privacy when it matters most.
The Space:
When rented together, Alpine River Lodge offers two fully equipped units connected from the inside, allowing your group to move easily between spaces while enjoying separate kitchens, living areas, and sleeping zones.
Across both units, the home includes:
- 6 bedrooms total
- 4 primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
- 5.5 bathrooms overall
- Two full kitchens
- Multiple living and gathering spaces
- In-unit laundry
- An interior door connecting Unit A and Unit B
- One of the highlights of the home is the spacious dining area, featuring a large table that comfortably seats up to 14 guests, making it easy to enjoy shared meals, celebrations, and time together.

The connected layout allows adults and kids to gather easily while still having the ability to retreat to private sleeping spaces. Pet Policy:
We happily welcome one well-behaved dog to join you on your stay! Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged, just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.

We brought our senior kids and their cousins to the mountains for their senior trip. This house was a blessing. Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had great supplies, and everyone had their own bed. We had an amazing trip because of this house.

We had a group of 20 family remembers that spread out through both living quarters. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the use of the home. Only downside was the living room common areas were not large enough for us all to be together at the same time, which we knew coming in. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Location, location, location......historically we have stayed at the Wyndham properties on the West side of Pagosa. I would have never dreamed staying approximately 5 miles northeast of Pagosa would be such a great experience. That will be our preference moving forward. Thank you, Timothy for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

We came to Pagosa Springs for my granddaughter’s wedding. The property was perfect for my family! It was beautiful and very close to town.
