Located downtown on the corner of Gunnison Ave and 5th St provides ample OHV parking and is located 2 blocks from center of town, restaurants,pubs, shopping and entertainment.

Jim’s property is the perfect place to stay in Lake City. We were only 3 people but this would be a great spot for a family gathering. I grew up in a historical part of CT so this home took me back to my childhood surroundings. We rode motorcycles there and Jim offered to bring over 3 pieces of wood for our kickstands to park in the wet gravel. He really went above and beyond and was a great host! Plenty of coffee and things to cook with if that’s important to you!
