About this house rental
Stay at our new 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome and enjoy spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the convenience of being adjacent to Purgatory ski resort. Perfect for multiple families, the home has 3 separate living spaces (on different floors) as well an open Main Living Space and a fantastic deck with a hot tub, gas fireplace and a BBQ Grill.
The home also features the expected amenities such as super fast Starlink WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage, foosball/air hockey/table tennis combo table in the bunk room/3rd living space and a fully stocked kitchen. All the TVs are Smart and with super fast WIFI, everyone can access their favorite streaming services at the same time.
The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the townhome.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (excludes Christmas/NY).
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

We've stayed in other condos in this area previously, but this was our favorite. The layout was perfect for our group, and the bed arrangement was wonderful. The hot tub at night was a perfect way to close a long day on the ski slopes. Our family loves Purgatory and plan on staying at this property again!
