This magnificent home is located on the banks of the "Mighty Rio Grande River". The home offers stunning mountain views and is centrally located in South Fork, CO. There are also stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. You can watch the river flow by from the deck while watching trout sip flies from this beautiful section of the river. This is a perfect summer getaway and also located within 20 minutes of Wolf Creek Ski area during the winter.
This property has a very open floor plan with plenty of room to sleep a couple of families and perfect for entertaining and enjoying your vacation. The open floor plan allows everyone to interact with one another. There is seating for 7 people at the dining room table and 5 people at the kitchen bar area. There is a nice downstairs living area where the adults can relax and watch the fireplace or the Smart TV. The upstairs is a perfect place for kids to watch their own show in the one loft section and play games in the second loft section on the foosball and a 9' shuffle board table.
The master bedroom is on the downstairs main level and has its own river view and deck access with a king size bed, and a master bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and dual vanities. There is a fully equipped laundry room, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a shower on the main level.
